In order to obtain your amortization schedule, please follow the steps below. If you are unsure of your unit number, it is located on your Villages ID card. The U/L number is the first letter of the county in which you live, followed by the unit number and lot number.

You can pay off your bond at any time during the year. Payoff amounts provided will include the $10.00 County Lien Release Filing Fee. Payments must be made in the form of a check (personal check is fine) and checks should be made payable to VCDD #X (use your District number).
Payments can placed in a District Drop Box. These are located at your Village mail stations or outside our Lake Sumter Landing location.

In approximately 6-8 weeks, you will receive a copy of the Release of Imposition stamped to show it has been filed at the County office.
