Effective November 1, 2023, to submit a concern of a potential external deed violation to Community Standards, please see the below requirements specific to your District:
The Lady Lake/Lake County portion of The Villages and District Nos. 1, 8, 10, 11, 13, and 14 allow for anonymous complaints. Your contact information is not required to submit a concern.
District Nos. 2, 5, 6, and 12 do not allow for anonymous complaints. Only Residents of their District are allowed to submit a concern on properties within their respective District. The complainant is required to provide their Name, Unit/Lot, and Phone Number to Community Standards for verification.
District No. 3 does not allow anonymous complaints. Please provide your Name, Unit/Lot, and Phone Number for Community Standards to proceed with verifying the concern.
District Nos. 4 and 9 allow for anonymous complaints but will only allow Residents of their District to submit concerns for properties within their respective District. Please provide your Unit for a concern to be verified by Community Standards.
