District Property Management (DPM) will be performing road work along Belvedere Boulevard at the Village of Belvedere Exit and Golf Cart Gates, resulting in lane closures and restricted access. The Exit Lane and Golf Cart Lane will be closed, and entry access will be reduced to one lane through the Entry Gate area. All traffic including golf carts will be directed through the Entry Lane with the assistance of flaggers, signage, and traffic controls provided per FDOT Standards/Requirements. Access will always be maintained for both entering and exiting the Village.
This work is scheduled to take place on
Thursday, October 15, 2026, during the night, from 8 PM – 4 AM.
