Road Work Notice: Mill and Overlay on Crowfield Avenue and Victoria Lane – January 15

Superior Asphalt is scheduled to begin mill and overlay road work on the south half of Crowfield Avenue and the west half of Victoria Lane on Thursday, January 15. This is the only area being directly impacted in Cameron Villas. Please note that the schedule is subject to change due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Important Reminders for Residents:

• Do not run irrigation systems or wash vehicles on Thursday, January 15, as water will increase the duration of the work.
• Newly paved roadways require approximately one hour to cure and should not be driven on while hot.
• Driving on the surface before it cures may track asphalt onto driveways and could damage the new roadway.
• If you must travel through the construction area, please drive slowly and follow all directions provided by construction personnel.
• Residents are encouraged to reschedule any non-essential work or deliveries to villas on Friday, as access may be limited.
• If access to your driveway is temporarily blocked by equipment, Superior Asphalt will accommodate entry or exit as quickly as possible.

Road Right-of-Way Notice:
Some residents may have installed decorative curbing, pavers, landscaping, ornaments, or other features within District-owned property, specifically within the road right-of-way. While the contractor will take reasonable precautions, any improvements located within the right-of-way or encroaching into the street are at risk of damage or removal without compensation.
Residents are strongly encouraged to remove any items from the road right-of-way prior to construction to reduce the risk of damage. The District will not be responsible for repair, restoration, or compensation for items inadvertently damaged during the project.
