Resident Notice: Yard Waste & Bulk Pick-Up

Yard Waste Collection Guidelines

Yard waste collection is intended for routine residential landscape maintenance only. To ensure safe, efficient service, please follow these guidelines when preparing yard waste for collection:

• Tree limbs and branches must not exceed 5 feet in length, 5 inches in diameter, or 40 pounds per bundle.
• All yard waste must be securely bundled and placed at the end of your driveway before your scheduled collection day.
• Palm fronds should be neatly stacked with all fronds facing the same direction.
• Grass clippings, leaves, and other loose yard waste must be placed in bags.
• Yard waste is limited to seven (7) bundles or bags per scheduled collection day. Material exceeding this limit will not be collected and must be removed by the resident before the next scheduled collection.

Items Not Accepted

The following materials will not be collected as yard waste:

• Dirt
• Rocks
• Sod
• Concrete
• Contractor-generated waste

If your yard waste exceeds the seven-bundle limit, please schedule a bulk pickup and place the material curbside on your scheduled collection date. Any excess yard waste left out on a regular collection day will not be picked up and must be removed by the resident.
