VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT NO. 4 BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
The Village Community Development District No. 4 Board of Supervisors is seeking applicants who are interested in filling Seat 2, which is vacant due to a resignation. The remainder of the existing four (4) year term for the vacated Seat will expire in November 2028.
Any interested applicants must be a qualified elector which is defined by Florida Statute 190 as “any person at least 18 years of age who is a citizen of the United States, a legal resident of Florida and of the district, and who registers to vote with the Supervisor of Elections in the county in which the district land is located”. Applications must be submitted to the District Clerk no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2026 at the District Office, 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages 32163.
The Board of Supervisors will interview applicants during a Board Meeting to be held on Friday, July 17, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at the Savannah Regional Recreation Center, Ashley Wilkes Room, 1545 Buena Vista Boulevard, The Villages, FL.
