Upcoming Roadwork – Rejuvenator Notice

District Property Management will perform scheduled asphalt rejuvenation in selected villa communities. This preventative maintenance treatment is essential to preserving the condition and longevity of our roadways.

If your residence is located in an area scheduled for treatment, advance notification will be provided as follows:

  • Signage will be posted at villa entrances and local postal stations approximately one week prior to the start of work.
  • A notice will be placed at your residence approximately 24 hours before work begins.

⏰ Asphalt rejuvenation is tentatively scheduled for April 27–30, 2026. Please note that this schedule may change due to:

  • 🌧️ Weather conditions
  • ⚙️ Equipment availability
  • 💧 Irrigation systems not being turned off
  • 🕒 Schedule timing considerations

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the effectiveness of the asphalt rejuvenation process, your cooperation is essential:

  • Do not operate irrigation systems or wash vehicles the day before, the day of, or the day after application.
  • Road surfaces must remain completely dry for proper application.
  • Avoid driving on treated roads for approximately 30–45 minutes following application.

RESIDENT GUIDELINES:

Please observe the following during the project period:

  • Remove all parked vehicles from roadways between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
  • Access to your driveway will remain available during the brief application process.
  • If you must drive through a freshly treated area, proceed slowly (approximately 5 MPH).
  • Keep children and pets away from treated areas to prevent tracking material indoors.
  • Any product tracked onto driveways will naturally dissipate within approximately three (3) weeks without staining.
  • The treatment is designed to preserve—not significantly alter—the appearance of the roadway.
  • On-site crew members are available to assist and answer questions during the application.

PROJECT PURPOSE

Maintaining our community’s roadways is essential to preserving safety, appearance, and long-term value. Like many outdoor materials, asphalt pavement is continuously exposed to sunlight, heat, and moisture. Over time, these elements cause the pavement to dry out, lose flexibility, and become more susceptible to cracking and deterioration.

To address this, a preventative maintenance treatment known as asphalt rejuvenation will be applied. This product restores essential binding components within the pavement that are gradually lost due to environmental exposure. By replenishing these materials, the treatment improves flexibility, reduces cracking, and slows asphalt aging.

Applying this treatment at the appropriate time significantly extends the life of the roadway, helps maintain a smoother driving surface, and reduces the need for more extensive and costly repairs in the future. Proactive maintenance ensures that our community infrastructure remains in optimal condition for years to come.
