The Villages – Community Development Districts (VCDD) are alerting the public to a growing scam where individuals are using a “Gmail” email address to make it appear as if emails are coming from VCDD District Manager Kenneth Blocker, with the intent to deceive and solicit personal information.
Please be advised that we NEVER use Gmail accounts for official business communications. All legitimate correspondence from our organization will ONLY come from email addresses ending with @districtgov.org.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the situation. We take this matter very seriously and are working to investigate and address the situation.
