Overnight Road Work – Village of Marsh Bend (South Gate)

District Property Management (DPM) will be conducting road work along Fenney Way at the Marsh Bend South Gate. During this time, there will be temporary lane closures and limited access.

What to Expect:

• The exit lane will be closed.

• All traffic will use one entry lane.

• Flaggers, signage, and traffic control will guide vehicles according to FDOT standards.

• Access for both entering and exiting the Village will remain available at all times.

Schedule:

• Date: Thursday, October 9, 2025

• Time: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (overnight)
