We appreciate your understanding as we work to minimize any inconvenience during this time. To ensure the safety of our crews and all residents, we kindly request that you consider rescheduling any work or deliveries to your unit or villa until the paving project is completed, as access may be restricted. Please note that during construction, only residents and emergency vehicles will have immediate access.

Please DO NOT run your irrigation, wash your vehicle, or empty your pool during the week, as it will increase the work time.

ALL vehicles and trailers must be parked OFF the roads, and the overflow parking areas must be empty, so as not to impede the work.

Please be advised that newly paved roadways will take approximately one hour to cure and should not be driven on while hot! Driving before this time could result in tracking asphalt onto your driveway and potentially damage the new surface.

If you must travel through the construction area, please drive slowly and pay attention to the directions provided by the construction workers.

Please be aware that some residents have installed decorative curbing, pavers, landscaping, and other features within the District-owned property, specifically in the road right-of-way area. In some cases, these improvements extend over the asphalt and into the actual road.

While our contractor is committed to performing the Mill and Overlay operation carefully and will take all necessary precautions to protect your property, any improvements located in the road right-of-way or encroaching into the street are at risk of damage or destruction without compensation to the resident. We recommend that residents remove any items from the road right-of-way areas prior to the Mill and Overlay operation to reduce the potential for damage.

Please note that the District will not be responsible for repairs, restoration, or compensation for items within the road right-of-way that may be inadvertently damaged during construction. Our goal is to provide you with a new road that lasts its maximum lifespan with minimal inconvenience. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions during the work, there will be someone on site to assist you. For additional information, please contact District Property Management at 352-753-4022.

Thank you for your attention and support.
