District Property Management (DPM) will be rebuilding the Boat Launch at Lake Sumter Landing. During this time, a cofferdam will be installed in order to contain the area while the Lake Sumter Landing Boat Launch is being rebuilt. Throughout the project, the Contractor will also be utilizing a dewatering pump and generator to dewater the project area located inside the cofferdam.
Construction is expected to begin on Monday, April 28, 2025 and is scheduled to be a 90-day project. Please know that the Contractor has been provided with a strict 9:00 am – 6:00 pm work schedule Monday-Friday. Please note, throughout the project, during designated timeframes, residents may hear construction related noise.
This project schedule may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather.
