Community Watch Update – Gate Operations

Great news, neighbors! The following gates have now transitioned from Construction Mode to full operation:

• Dabney Enclave

• Dabney South

• Dabney North

• Moultrie

• Water’s Edge

When new areas are first built, gates are set to Construction Mode so they open automatically- this keeps traffic moving easily while lots of construction vehicles are coming and going.

As these neighborhoods continue to grow, the gates are currently in Construction Mode. They’ll move to full operation once the communities are more established, at which point entry will require pressing the red button or swiping a gate card.
