Ways to Make A Payment

Payments may be made in several convenient ways. Remember to write your utility company name and account number on your payment.

Auto-Pay by Bank Draft: This program allows you to make utility/amenity/trash payments directly from your US financial institution’s checking or savings account. If you choose this option, on your bill’s due date, the balance on your bill will be automatically deducted from your checking or savings account.

Online: The Villages Community Development Districts (VCDD) Utilities Department has contracted with Invoice Cloud to allow customers to pay their bills with Master Card, Discover, American Express, Visa, or electronic check. A convenience fee on the amount is paid to Invoice Cloud. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To access the online payment portal, register an account to sign up for autopay or view your current balance without having to make a payment, click the button below.

If you need help navigating the online payment platform or registering an account, see our step-by-step guide - How To Register an Account.

By Mail: A return envelope is provided with your bill. Please detach the top portion of your bill, insert your payment and stub in the envelope, place postage and deposit in a US mail receptacle.

Drop and Go!: VCDD has a drop box at every postal station in The Villages. The VCDD drop box is to provide faster service for customers who do not need a receipt and want to save on postage. Please put your address and the correct utility name on the outside of the envelope, and drop it in the drop box. Payments are picked up once a day, Monday through Friday.

In Person at the District Customer Service Center: Customer Service Representatives are available in the lobby to take your payment from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Payments can be made at our main location at 984 Old Mill Run or our satellite office location at 4856 South Morse Boulevard.
