Water Management Districts’ New Guidelines for Watering

If you are in the Marion or Sumter County portion of The Villages, (Southwest Florida Water Management District), you are restricted to lawn watering ONLY one-day-per-week AND may only water before 8 a.m. or after 6 p.m.

If your address (house number) ends in...

...0 or 1, water only on Monday
...2 or 3, water only on Tuesday
...4 or 5, water only on Wednesday
...6 or 7, water only on Thursday
...8 or 9, water only on Friday*

* and locations without a discernible address

In the Lake County portion of The Villages, (St. Johns Water Management District) you are still able to water two times per week ONLY before 10 a.m. and after 4 p.m.

Odd numbered addresses -- Wednesdays and Saturdays
Even numbered addresses or no address -- Thursdays and Sundays
