Per Village Center Community Development District Resolution 07-07 the Resident Advisory Council was established on May 4, 2007 “to seek resident input and explore issues and provide advise and recommendations pertaining to policy, general management and operations related to the District Amenity Division.” Per Village Center Community Development District Resolution 08-15, effective June 1, 2008 the Resident Advisory Council was disbanded to establish an Amenity Authority Committee.
