Village Watch House Checks

We also handle the most important program: “House Checks,” when a resident wants to take a vacation and will be away seven days or longer. Residents are asked to come to our office at 1894 Laurel Manor Drive, fill out a standard form and for a minimal fee we will check the perimeter of your home periodically while you are away. You may also download the Resident Property Checklist and fill it out before bringing it to office. We only ask that you bring your Village ID card and have a designated key holder for your home so that we may contact them in case of an emergency. You may deactivate this service by simply telephoning our office at 751-6711 and giving us the control number that you were provided when you activated this service.
